Dr. Rover works with Delphi as part of the Research and Development team. As a Weaver, Delphi does have an official position with the company and therefore does not answer to Dr. Rover, speaking bluntly to her about both deliberately losing The Prototype and preparing to lie about it. However, Delphi still appears to follow Dr. Rover's orders and offers her advice on how to act.
