V1CT-0R14 "Victoria" is a Cast Type Frame Girl produced by Wonder Toys.
Appearance
Strategy
Victoria is an agile, nimble Frame with unusually good coordination and balance, even for Frame Girls. This enables graceful, almost balletic movement, which in turn, allows Victoria to deliver devastating kicks and agile dodges, itself an unusual capability for a Cast type. However, what makes Victoria a Cast Type rather than a Melee type is her ability to generate and manipulate electromagnetic fields, thanks to circuitry built into her legs and arms. This circuitry allows Victoria to enhance her attacks with elemental properties, usually fire, allowing for flashy and deadly combos reminiscent of anime fights. However, due to the mechanisms that lend Victoria her unusual strength and agility, not as much space is dedicated to these special circuits as normally would be in a purer Cast type, meaning there is a noticeable delay when using her powers. This charge delay is the biggest quirk that Victorias and their owners must learn, making sure to time their attacks and parries so as to best take advantage of her powers in any combat situations.
Personality
Victorias can be described as 'politely helpful'. They are reserved, quiet, and mild-tempered, although they can be prone to sarcasm, and enjoy helping their owners with housework. In battle, however, they are cold and ruthless killers, a dichotomy that many Victoria owners find unsettling at first. Victorias can also hold grudges for a startlingly long time, and if their owner does something embarrassing, they can expect a Victoria to remember it to casually mention at the worst possible time.
