Holly Groeber and Ship of Theseus are a Frame Battler and Frame Girl pair.
Holly is still in the Frame Girl circuit because as much as she loves to dress up her girl, she likes two things more: tinkering with her specs and fixing her when she's broken. Entering tourneys is neither a dominance thing nor a competition thing to her; it's data collection.
This does extend to working within bracket guidelines though, and it does mean that Theseus is almost always rocking a new kit at each tourney. she's kind of scary to go up against because if she's entered in a tourney, she's cooked up something new, but also it might totally flop.
Holly is mostly mute, but will whisper things to Theseus for her to repeat for others, which are usually insults.
Ship of Theseus uses a Gal-TA Frame.
