N3-F1 L1-M a.k.a "Nephelia" is a Ranged Type Frame Girl produced by Alternate Attack. She is unique amongst Ranged Type Frames for preferring to fight in close range to land devastating attacks with her shotgun.

When in battle, Nephelias are brave and brash, as long as they haven't taken any damage. They will fearlessly charge another Frame Girl so they can get into optimal shotgun/bayonet range and deliver a few decisive close range blows. However, if they don't get that first shot in, they are prone to panicking and choking. Training Nephelias involves learning to temper their impatience, and realizing the potential their dextrous bodies give them for unconventional approaches to combat, like stealth and acrobatics to enable them to strike from less conventional angles, like above and below.
Nephelias are abrasive, rude, and prone to teasing their owners over any little thing, however this is noted by owners to be a good sign for frame/owner bonding. As a rough measurement, the more vicious the teasing, the more a Nephelia is attached to their owner. If another Frame Girl, or another owner, teases their owner, Nephelia Frames become violently unstable, as they believe only they are allowed to make fun of their owner. They are noted for their foul mouths and loud speaking voice, but quickly fall to blubbering pieces if their owner shows any affection for them openly.
Her abrasive attitude towards her owner is typically cited by fans as one of her most appealing traits, and has led to the popularity of her model.
