After dropping out of school, Sadie lived a life of petty crime, committing acts of vandalism and theft. This stopped when Sadie shoplifted a Sleipnir model Frame Girl that would soon become Ophelia, becoming the last thing she ever stole. Encouragement from Ophelia led Sadie to applying herself and rapidly developing her skills.

Sadie and [[Jack]] are childhood friends and are still friendly with each other in the present. They appear to have played basketball together as kids, and Sadie thinks of it fondly enough to keep a framed photo of them together in her room.

Sadie visits Jack at work frequently to talk about [[BattleFrame Girl (Technology)|BattleFrame Girls]] with him, and Jack trusts Sadie enough to give her the responsibility of fixing the [[Pia|damaged Frame]] he found.

He believes that Sadie will do anything for someone else. Sadie also seems to value his advice, as she acts on what he said to her the same night.

[[Ophelia]] was Sadie's first Frame Girl, who was destroyed sometime before the events of the story. Her being dead means Sadie probably didn't care about her, and she later pretends to be sad about it to make Pia feel bad for her.
